Question: Does Moon Griffon Believe in Protecting Children?
Answer, Apparently NOT.

What does this mean:

U.S Constitution, Article 1, Section 9 states

No bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.

I will tell you, It means that no law which again punishes a person for a crime that they have already paid for can be passed.
No law, retroactive law can be passed, that again punishes a person for a crime that they have already been punished for.

There are laws in place that are Ex Post Facto in Louisiana. And Bobby Jindal Knows it but Is allowing them to stand.
This violated his Oath of Office.

Bobby Jindal swore under oath to uphold the Constitution of both the United States and also, Louisiana.

Both strictly forbid the implementation of Retroactive Laws being enacted.

Someone please address this issue... Don't skirt around the truth, or change the subject....

Either the Constitution holds meaning for all men, or it does not.

* Show how current and pending legislation is harming thousands of families, children, men and women all across Louisiana.
* Show how our politicians and legislators are NOT protecting the children of Louisiana.
* Show how Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal is Violating his Oath of Office every day he enforces the Unconstitutional aspects of the Sex Offender laws and Registry.
* Supply a stopping ground for those who wish to now what is going on in relation to Sex Offender Legislation in the state of Louisiana.
* Expose the persecution of innocent men, women and children in Louisiana by the Legislator, Politicians and Law Enforcement who
either write the laws, enact the laws or support the laws which are unconstitutional and in violation of all residents of the state of
Louisiana's constitutional rights.
* Expose the true motives of these lawmakers who introduce and support illegal legislation in that their desire is NOT to protect
children or families, but rather to gain power and money via politicking for votes.
* Expose the true monetary costs to the taxpayers of the the state of Louisiana for programs and laws which these Eager to
Gain Media Attention and Votes politicians so vehemently create and promote.

Thousands of children are having their lives Ruined.

Thousands of families are being banished from society.

Thousands of men are being denied housing, work and the thought of EVER being able to sustain a normal lifestyle after the Government of Louisiana began imposing Ex Post Facto laws, Civil Regulations with Felony Penalties for failure to Register as a sex offender.

Both the United States Constitution and the Constitution of Louisiana strictly forbid the enactment of any bills of attainder or ex post facto law.

Governor Bobby Jindal, in his fetish to punish sex offenders to the fullest, has violated his Oath of Office in that he is NOT supporting the Constitution of the the United States, nor the constitution of the state of Louisiana.

The Louisiana Constitution says this:

Sec. 30. Every official shall take the following oath or affirmation:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the
constitution of the United States and the constitution and
laws of this state and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as
......., according to the best of my ability and understanding, so help me God."

§23. Prohibited Laws
Section 23. No bill of attainder, ex post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contracts shall be enacted.



Below is what the United States Constitution Says:

U.S Constitution, Article 1, Section 9 states

So you see, your champion of Justice, Bobby Jindal is going about the states and the nation, getting in front of groups of people and espousing to promote Justice. While at the same time, violating the very same laws he has sworn under oath to support.

The mission of this website is to expose this travesty of justice and re acquire the full rights which the Constitution promises to each and every citizen of these United States of America.

Presently, only the Rich and Affluent, those who are in the group of lawmakers, politicians and wealthy are afforded what they call Justice.

The poor and working class in America have NO chance at justice of protection under the Constitution.

If you think this is wrong, then I offer you to test trying to get into the court system with a complaint of a violation of your civil rights if you have no money!

Talking about David Vitter....

Well, how come we should forgive David Vitter of his Sex Crime... when Moon Griffon has this attitude about Sex Offenders, David Vitter is a Sex Offender.....
Note also, the two witnesses who could tell all about David Vitter and his Sexual Crimes... were found hanged.
Hanged before they could testify... amazing.

How come a Politician can be forgiven for their sex crimes and move on with his life, get a new start...
But Citizens, who commit 1 sex crime 30 years ago, are now on the Registry....

How come their is NO forgiveness for Citizens, only for Politicians and Lawmakers?

It always amazes me how the entertainment media will use myths, lies and hysteria in order to get ratings. Obviously, Moon Griffon is no exception.

When one ignores the studies and research dealing with these draconian sex offender laws that all the experts say, "endanger children and all of society," you have to question motive and/or ignorance, or both. And for what? Ratings and self aggrandizement!

Children as young as 10 are being labeled "sex offender," predator, child molester, pedophile and suffer harrassment from society. Residency restrictions ban them from schools and neighborhoods. Teens, 20% are "sexting," and we are willing to say, "Lock them up and throw away the key. Teens are being put on these registries for LIFE. They have no hope of ever becoming productive, tax paying citizens. They are banished outside of society to live a hard life. Their children cannot play as other children, they too must suffer as innocents.

It is easy for Moon Griffon to "move to the next subject." He knows he's wrong and will not debate the issues because his pretense of being "for the people," might be revealed and his ratings may go down.

Ignoring the issues will not make them go away.

Research, and there are mountains of research, all say very much the same thing. "More harm than good." The laws as they are written today "endanger the very ones they were designed to protect."

Yet, we politicize every law that has come from these law makers who ALL have sworn to up hold the U.S. Constitution and state constitutions. The laws are passed withour conferring with research and expert testimony.

Where is the principled law maker and entertainment media when it comes to "principled and informed" judgment. Yes indeed, where are they?? Moon is not one of them, he has his head in the sand as many do. They don't appear to care one iota that innocent peoples lives are being ruined, that children and adults who were married 70 years ago are being put on these God awful laws.

It's a very sad day in this country when law makers pass laws that are reminiscent of Hitler's Germany and Stalin's Russia. A sad day indeed. George Orwell's, 1984, may be slow getting here but it is fast becoming a Big Brother reality.

We, the U.S.A. are now the "electronic curtain. Not designed to keep people out so much, but designed to "control and keep people IN.

"First and foremost, law makers need to base law on scientific fact and empirical data. As it stands, they base law based upon lies, myths and hysteria and that for VOTES.

It is imperative that we as citizens understand the research and demand sex offender legislation based on the statement above.

Prevention is the key.

As long as we continue to approve sex offender legislation that endanger children and all of society with laws that "do more harm than good," and at an enormous cost and waste of all resources, we will continue along these lines of destruction.
